What you can send from this site

The consultation form asks for your name, phone number, email address, and a short message. When you submit it, the site prepares an email in your own email application addressed to BArkin@solkoff.com. This website does not store that message on a server, and it does not have a database of inquiries. If your email app does not open, nothing has been delivered. Call the office instead.

If a hosted form, scheduling tool or analytics service is added later, this policy should be updated before that tool is turned on, to explain what is collected, who receives it and how long it is kept.

Calls and email you send directly

If you call (561) 733-4242 or email the office, Solkoff Legal, P.A. receives that communication and handles it as part of considering or providing legal services. Do not send sensitive medical, financial, or account details until the firm has agreed to represent you. Contacting the office does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.

Map, cookies, and logs

The contact page embeds a Google map of the office address. When that map loads, Google may set cookies or collect usage data under Google’s own privacy policy. If you prefer, use the written address and the “Open directions” link instead of the embedded map.

The site host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to operate and secure the site. This policy does not describe the site as using advertising cookies or as selling personal information.

Children

This website is written for adults making decisions about care and planning. It is not directed to children, and the office does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the form.

Links to other sites

The resources page links to public agencies and nonprofit organizations. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Brandon Arkin and Solkoff Legal, P.A. do not control them. The facility finder asks for a facility type, a county, and an optional city or ZIP so it can show you what to type into the official tools. That information stays in your browser. This website does not store it and does not send it to those agencies for you.

Changes

Last updated October 25, 2026. When the firm replaces this placeholder, the date at the top of the policy should change with it.
